HOW TO GET THERE
Dalla stazione dei Treni Santa Maria Novella: procedere in direzione ovest su Piazza della Stazione. Svoltare a destra verso via Luigi Alamanni e fare una leggera curva a destra su Via S.Caterina da Siena. Svoltare a destra in Via della Scala e poi subito a sinistra in via dell’Albero. Il deposito si trova a 50 mt sulla sinistra.
Dall’aeroporto: prendere il tram linea T2 e scendere alla fermata Alamanni Stazione. Procedere in direzione ovest su Piazza della Stazione. Seguire le indicazioni ripotate sopra su come arrivare dalla Stazione S.Maria Novella.

You can book online using the “book now” button, or directly at the depot.
Booking online allows you to secure a locker in advance, ensuring you don’t arrive at the storage facility only to find it fully occupied. When booking online, you can choose between a daily rate or a multi-day rate (an hourly rate is available only for bookings made on-site). Once your online payment is complete, you will receive an email containing a personal code; you will need to enter this code into the self-service kiosk by selecting the option “Do you have an online booking?”.
You can go directly to the location most convenient for you, view the available lockers, and decide how long you intend to use your locker, paying for the hours of use upfront with your debit or credit card.
No problem; your belongings will remain safe. You will simply need to pay an additional fee to reopen your locker.
Our customer care team is available every day during the facility’s opening hours. Each facility is equipped with an intercom that allows you to reach us and receive assistance. You can also use the contact channels listed on the individual facility pages (email, phone, or WhatsApp) to get in touch with our customer care team.
Certainly. You will personally place your luggage inside the booked locker and lock it yourself. You alone will know the personal code required to reopen it. Furthermore, our storage facilities are under 24-hour video surveillance; our operations center monitors the premises and intervenes if necessary. The service always includes insurance coverage of up to 300 euros per locker in the event of theft or damage.

All our storage locations close overnight. Please ensure you collect your luggage before closing time; otherwise, you will have to wait until they open the following day.
