HOW TO GET HERE
From the train station or Piazzale Roma: take Vaporetto line 1 or 2 and get off at the San Marco stop. Turn left and cross the bridge. Walk along the entire length of Calle Vallaresso. Turn onto Calle Frezzeria (located between the Bulgari and Jimmy Choo stores) and, after 100 meters, turn left just past the tobacco shop, following the signs for Teatro La Fenice. The luggage storage facility is 50 meters ahead on the left.
From the airport (by Vaporetto): take the Alilaguna red or blue line and get off at San Marco. Then, follow the directions provided above in the section “From the train station or Piazzale Roma.”

You can book online using the “book now” button, or directly at the depot.
Booking online allows you to secure a locker in advance, ensuring you don’t arrive at the storage facility only to find it fully occupied. When booking online, you can choose between a daily rate or a multi-day rate (an hourly rate is available only for on-site bookings). Once your online payment is complete, you will receive an email containing a personal code; you will need to enter this code into the self-service kiosk by selecting the option “Do you have an online booking?”.
You can go directly to the location most convenient for you, view the available lockers, and decide how long you intend to use your locker, paying for the hours of use upfront with your debit or credit card.
No problem; your belongings will remain safe. You will simply need to pay an additional fee to reopen your locker.

Certainly. You will personally place your luggage inside the booked locker and lock it yourself. You alone will know the personal code required to reopen it. Furthermore, our storage facilities are under 24-hour video surveillance; our operations center monitors the premises and intervenes if necessary. The service always includes insurance coverage of up to 300 euros per locker in the event of theft or damage.

All our storage locations close overnight. Please ensure you collect your luggage before closing time; otherwise, you will have to wait until they open the following day.
